Returns and Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we provide a return and refund policy as detailed below.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund. The return period commences on the day you receive the goods.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Custom Orders

Custom-made items, including bespoke fabric treatments made to your specifications, are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us through our contact page to request a return authorization
2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
